INGREDIENTS: Coriander, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Dry Mango, Clove, Cinnamon, Mace, Cumin, Cardamom, Black Cardamom, Garlic, Onion, Rock Salt, Black Salt, Green Chilli, Star Anise, Cardamom Seeds.
Soak 25gm PRAKASH SHAHI PANEER MASALA for 10-15 min to make 500gm Paneer Curry. Make a gravy of cashew nut, tomato, ginger and green chilli. Heat oil and put soaked masala in the oil. Roast it for 5 minutes. Add paneer, vegetables to it and stir on a low flame for about 10-15 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves.
