Soak Kabuli Chana overnight, boil and keep aside. Soak Prakash Punjabi Cholle Masala in water for 15-20 minutes. Heat oil and fry chopped onion till golden brown. Add pre-soaked Prakash Punjabi cholle Masala, salt to taste, tomato puree, paste of ginger, green Chili, garlic and cook for 10 minutes. Add boiled Kabuli Chana and cook for 10 minutes. Note: Garnish with Coriander leaves. A hint of lime or Tamarind juice will enhance taste.
