INGREDIENTS: Coriander, Turmeric, Red Chilli, Asafoetida, Cinnamon, Clove, Mace, Cumin, Tejpatta, Sonth, Black Salt, KasuriMethi, Tamarind Powder, Tomato Powder, Green Chilli, Amla Powder, Yellow Mustard, Saunf, Kala Jeera.
Soak Prakash Achari Alu Dum Masala in water for 15 to 20 minutes. Heat oil and add cumin & pre-soaked Prakash Achari Alu Dum Masala and cook for 5 minutes. Add paste of ginger and green chilli and cook for 5 minutes. Add boiled or fried potato and salt to taste. Cook for 5-10 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
