Description
Soak Prakash Achari Alu Dum Masala in water for 15 to 20 minutes. Heat oil and add cumin & pre-soaked Prakash Achari Alu Dum Masala and cook for 5 minutes. Add paste of ginger and green chilli and cook for 5 minutes. Add boiled or fried potato and salt to taste. Cook for 5-10 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
