Description

Add 4-5 cups of water, 1 tbsp oil and 1/2 tbsp salt in a deep sauce pan and bring it to boil over medium flame. When it starts boiling, add raw pasta to it. Boil them till the pasta is cooked but not very soft. It will take around 10-12 minutes. Once boiled, drain the excess water and keep the boiled pasta aside. Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in a pan over high flame. Add chopped carrot, green capsicum, red capsicum, brocolli, sweet corn and salt. Stir and cook until veggies are cooked but still crunchy. Add pasta sauce (red, white or mixed), Prakash Pasta Masala, boiled pasta and mix well. Serve hot with grated cheese on top.
