Sandwich Masala
INGREDIENTS: Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Black Salt, Dry Mango Powder, Cumin, Ajwain, Coriander, Clove, Dry Ginger Powder, Lemon Powder, Mint, Sugar, Flavour Enhancer (E635), Acidity Regulator (E296), Anti-Caking Agent (E551), Asafoetida.
Description
Take a couple of slices of bread and apply condiments on one side. Stack layers of vegetables like boiled potato, cucumbers, tomato, etc. Sprinkle Prakash Sandwich Masala after each layer of vegetables. Grate some cheese generously on top and cover with another slice of bread. Apply butter on the exposed side of bread and toast the sandwich. Cut into 2 triangles and serve with mint chutney and tomato ketchup.
