INGREDIENTS: Coriander, Turmeric, Red Chili, Clove, Cinnamon, Mace, Cassia, Dry Mango Powder, Back Salt, Asafoetida, Green Chili, Kachari.
Soak Rajma overnight, cook and keep aside. Heat oil and cook chopped onions till it is golden brown. Add PRAKASH RAJMA MASALA to your taste. Cook for 5 minutes on low flame. Add chopped tomato, 3 slit green Chilies and ginger. Add boiled Rajma and salt. Cook for 5 mins. Note: For improving taste of Rajma, paste of garlic can be mixed. Option: Prakash Rajma Masala can also be used to prepare Desi Chana.
