Poha Masala
INGREDIENTS: Turmeric, Dry Mango, Black Salt, Rock Salt, Red Chilli, Common Salt, Cumin, Black Pepper, Clove, Cardamom, Asafoetida, Bay leaves.
Description
Cut vegetables like potato, onion, tomato, green Chilli and ginger into small pieces. Heat oil, add cumin or mustard, peas, vegetables, salt and Prakash Poha Masala. Cook until vegetables become soft. Add pre-soaked Poha and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly. Poha is ready to serve. Note: Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and grated coconut.
