Ingredients: Coriander, Red Chilli Flakes, Dry Mango Powder, Black Salt (11%), Salt (11%), Black Pepper, Cumin, Caraway, Kasuri Methi, Asafoetida.

Directions for Use:
Ingredients: Wheat flour or maida – 2 cups, Water - as needed Oil - 1 tbsp (for dough), Salt – to taste, Prakash Paratha Masala Butter - for cooking, Optional: Finely chopped onions & green chilies
Instructions:
Prepare the Dough: Mix wheat flour/maida with water, oil, and salt. Knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
Roll the Paratha: Take a small portion of dough and roll it into a flat circle using a rolling pin.
Add the Masala: Sprinkle Prakash Paratha Masala evenly on top. You can also add chopped onions and green chilies at this stage for extra flavor.
Fold and Roll Again: Fold the paratha and roll it out again so the masala gets well embedded inside.
Cook the Paratha: Place on a hot tawa, apply butter on both sides, and cook until golden brown and crisp.
Serve Hot: Best enjoyed with curd and a side of spicy pickle!
