Shri Ishwari Prasad Nowal, had this in his mind when he started Prakash Store in the year 1962. He ensured the products which are offered to the consumers are of the top most quality and this resulted in Prakash Store becoming a well-known establishment in Kolkata and propelled its further growth. The cater to the increased demand, Prakash Spices was founded in the year 2003 and carried forward the Dream of shri Ishwari Prasad Nowal and increased its product portfolio to become one of the Top Masala Companies in India. We added the manufacturing facility at Jodhpur to cater to the increased product lines, the one thing which remained common in all the offerings is QUALITY.

When whole spices are ground up to a powder they become powder spices. They can be ground singly or together to make blended spices.
Blended Spices
Blended spices are a mix of spices. When herbs and spices are combined in together to be used in a recipe they are known as blended spices.
