Description
Soak PRAKASH Kashmiri Alu Dum Masala in water for 15-20 minutes. Heat oil and add cumin seeds & pre-soaked PRAKASH ALU DUM MASALA and cook for 5 minutes. Add paste of tomato, green Chili, ginger & cook for 5 minutes. Add boiled or fried potato and salt to taste. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Note: For a unique taste, paste of garlic, onion, cashew and raisins can be added to the paste of tomato, green Chilli and ginger.
