Heat oil in a pan. Add mashed potatoes, PRAKASH DABELI MASALA, salt to taste and a little water. Cook for 10 minutes. Remove from flame and spread the dabeli mixture in a plate. Sprinkle chopped coriander, grated coconut and pomegranate on top. Take the pav and split into two halves. Apply 1 tsp of garlic chutney and 1/2 tsp of meethi (khajur and imli)chutney on the insides of the pav. Stuff with 2 tbsp of dabeli mixture. Top with 1 tsp of masala peanuts, 1 tsp of chopped onions and bhujia. Before serving, cook each dabeli on a hot tava (griddle) for a minute using a little butter.
