Description

Mustard seeds is commonly called Rai in Hindi. The seeds are used in preparation of many Indian cuisine like mustard fish curry, mustard paste, salad dressing, hot dogs and in mayonnaise. The black mustard seeds is more sharp and stronger in taste than the yellow.
