Description
Empty the packet in a bowl (except the small packet); Mix with 350 ml of water and 4 tablespoons of oil. Leave the batter for 30 minutes. Add the small packet to the batter and whip it up. Grease the idli moulds with oil. Pour the batter into Idli moulds and steam for 20 minutes. Enjoy hot and fluffy idlis with coconut chutney and sambhar.
NOTE: Prepare sambhar with PRAKASH SAMBHAR MASALA to get the best aroma and flavor.
