Dum Dum Pakora Mix
INGREDIENTS: Moong Dal, Chana Dal, Urad Dal, Moth Dal, Ani Seeds, Garam Masala, Chilli Powder, Kasuri Methi, Asafoetida, Baking Powder, Soda-bi-Carbonate, Salt.
Description
Soak the powder for 30 minutes, add chopped green chilli, ginger and salt to your taste. Fry at low flame until it turns golden brown. Serve with Prakash Pudina Chutney/ Prakash Garlic Chutney or Tomato sauce. You may also add chopped boiled potato, onion, cucumber, tomato and other vegetables of your choice.
